Short bio

Audrey Favreau is a Therapeutic Restorative Yoga teacher-trainer, certified coach, and author. She integrates yoga philosophy and modern science—including polyvagal theory and fascia research—to help people reduce stress, anxiety, inflammation, and chronic pain through evidence-informed rest.
She has trained 1,200+ students and 300 certified teachers across Europe.

Following a corporate career, Audrey Favreau dedicated herself to yoga education, blending slow, trauma-aware practice with rigorous pedagogy. Her trainings in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga are known for clarity, safety, and depth, combining functional anatomy, nervous-system literacy, and contemplative philosophy.
She studied with Judith Hanson Lasater, François Raoult, Bo Forbes, Edwin Bryant, and Robert Svoboda. Audrey leads online and in-person programs, mentoring for yoga teachers, and tiered certification pathways (20h–200h, Yoga Alliance YACEP).
