Therapeutic Restorative Yoga — Private Sessions (Online, 90 minutes)
Trauma, stress, and chronic illness are not life sentences.
In these one-to-one sessions, we use prop-supported, trauma-sensitive Restorative Yoga to shift your system from survival to restoration. The practice supports vagal tone, reduces stress hormones, and helps regulate inflammation and mood — creating the ideal conditions for recovery and balance.

Recommended for: trauma/PTSD, burnout, cancer care, long COVID, fertility support, menopausal transition, cardiovascular and autoimmune conditions (including endometriosis and fibromyalgia), chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
How your 1:1 sessions work
- Format — 90-minute Zoom sessions, adapted to your needs and energy.
- Setup — We use your own props (or simple home items) for easy continuity at home.
- First session — We clarify your goals and create a personalized program with specific restorative sequences.
- Between sessions — You receive a recording to practice safely on your own.

Each private session lasts 90 minutes online and is fully personalized to your physical and emotional needs. You’ll receive live guidance, a recording for home practice, and clear instructions to help you practice safely and confidently between sessions.
Each Therapeutic Restorative Yoga session (90 minutes) costs €150, recording included.
You can also choose the 8-session pack (€1,050) — valid for 6 months and including online studio access for continued learning and integration.

Props are helpful but not mandatory. You can easily substitute them with household items:

- Chair →sturdy household chair
- Eye pillow →light scarf or small cloth bag with rice or flax seeds
These simple supports make the practice safe, comfortable, and restorative.

Most clients benefit from weekly or bi-monthly sessions.
The 8-session pack (over 3–4 months) is ideal for building nervous-system resilience and integrating long-term change.
This practice can gently support people experiencing:

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Session packs are valid for 6 months from purchase.
