This unique online series combines Therapeutic Restorative Yoga with the wisdom of the Yoga Sūtras, helping you embody yoga philosophy rather than just study it.
Each month explores one aspect of the Eight Limbs of Yoga through gentle poses, breathing, and reflective integration:
· Months 1–5: Yamas — ethical foundations (Ahimsa, Satya, Asteya…)
· Months 6–10: Niyamas — personal practices (Santosha, Tapas, Svadhyaya…)
· Month 11: Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara
· Month 12: Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi
Each month includes:
· 1 live 90-min Zoom class (third Thursday of each month — replay available)
· 1 pre-recorded 30-min bonus practice (first Monday of each month)

The monthly plan (€23.90) gives you unlimited access to the full video library and two new sessions every month:
- A 30-minute recorded practice released on the first Monday of each month.
- A 90-minute live class on Zoom held on the third Thursday of each month (2:00–3:30 PM, EU time).
All recordings are automatically added to your personal dashboard, so you can watch anytime.
The membership renews every 30 days, and you can cancel anytime—no commitment.
The annual plan (€239) includes the same unlimited access and updates, plus 2 months free compared to the monthly plan.

Every live session is recorded, and the recording is uploaded to your dashboard within 24 hours.
You can revisit the class as many times as you wish, at your own rhythm.
All live sessions are held on Zoom.
You’ll receive your access link by email the day before the class, along with a reminder and the list of props needed for that session.
You don’t need expensive or professional props — comfort and symmetry matter most.
Here’s what I recommend:
- 1 yoga mat
- 1 chair
- 1 bolster (or 2–3 firm rectangular pillows)
- 3 to 5 blankets (or large towels)
- 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books)
- 1 strap (or bathrobe belt)
- 1 eye pillow (or a clean sock)
The key is not the prop itself, but the shape, balance, and support it provides for your body.
Your plan renews automatically based on your initial sign-up date:
- Monthly membership: every 30 days.
- Annual membership: every 12 months.
Example: if you join on April 15, your next billing date will be May 15 (or the same date next year for annual members).
You can cancel any time before your renewal date through your account settings.
