Where Science Meets Stillness
Nothing brings me greater joy than helping people cultivate self-presence, restore harmony between body and mind, and rediscover deep well-being and serenity through the healing power of Therapeutic Restorative Yoga.
My mission is to make this practice accessible, evidence-based, and deeply therapeutic, a bridge between ancient yogic wisdom and modern science that supports nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, and emotional resilience.
Audrey Favreau, in her own words
My name is Audrey Favreau, and I teach Therapeutic Restorative Yoga through online classes, masterclasses, and professional teacher trainings in English, French, and Italian.
Since 2015, I have developed a comprehensive Therapeutic Restorative Yoga Teacher Training, internationally recognized for its innovative, structured, and trauma-informed approach.
The program deepens the understanding of relaxation, stress recovery, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, hormonal balance, endometriosis, and infertility, integrating yoga, neuroscience, and anatomy.
It is Yoga Alliance–accredited (YACEP – 200 hours) and trusted by hundreds of professionals worldwide.

My Journey with Restorative Yoga
I discovered Restorative Yoga in Bali in 2012, during a time when I was working as a young banking manager and experiencing chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, and pelvic pain later linked to endometriosis.
Through this practice, I began to reconnect with my body in a new way—listening, slowing down, and allowing healing to unfold.
Restorative Yoga not only helped me recover from burnout but also became an essential part of my journey through endometriosis, infertility, and motherhood.
It taught me how rest, stillness, and support could restore what constant effort had depleted, both physically and emotionally.
That transformative experience became the foundation of my life’s work: helping others find healing, balance, and presence through Therapeutic Restorative Yoga
Certified as a professional coach by the École Coach & Team (Transformance Pro, Vincent Lenhardt, 2012), I now combine coaching, yoga, and science-based knowledge to guide people toward embodied self-awareness and long-term well-being.
Over the past decade, I have completed more than 1,000 hours of advanced training with world-renowned teachers, including:
• Judith Hanson Lasater – 450+ hours (Restorative Yoga, Anatomy, Sequencing, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Nonviolent Communication)
• François Raoult – direct student of B.K.S. Iyengar (E-RYT 200)
• Bo Forbes – Integrative Yoga Therapeutics
• Jillian Pransky – Restorative Yoga and mindfulness
• Edwin Bryant – Yoga Sutras of Patañjali
• Sonam Targee & Robert Svoboda – Ayurveda and holistic health
My approach is enriched by scientific research in fascia, polyvagal theory, and neuroscience, exploring how safety, stillness, and mindful support can help the body regulate and heal from within.
