• 1 bolster (or 2 firm pillows)
• 3–5 blankets (or large towels)
• 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books)
• 1 strap (or bathrobe belt)
• 1 chair and 1 eye pillow
Household substitutes work perfectly fine.
