You don’t need expensive or professional props — comfort and symmetry matter most.
Here’s what I recommend:

  • 1 yoga mat
  • 1 chair
  • 1 bolster (or 2–3 firm rectangular pillows)
  • 3 to 5 blankets (or large towels)
  • 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books)
  • 1 strap (or bathrobe belt)
  • 1 eye pillow (or a clean sock)

The key is not the prop itself, but the shape, balance, and support it provides for your body.
