Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, also known as Restorative Yoga, is a gentle, science-informed practice focused on deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Supported postures are held for 10–20 minutes using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and chairs to activate the body’s natural healing response.
A typical session lasts about 90 minutes and ends with an extended Savasana for complete rest.
